Shipping & Downloads
The Toymaker’s Journal sells digital products exclusively. No physical item will be shipped to you. All purchases are delivered electronically as downloadable files.
How You Receive Your Download
After your payment is confirmed, your download will be available on the order confirmation page and/or via an email with a secure download link.
Please check your spam, junk or promotions folder if the email does not arrive within a few minutes.
Download Access
Please download and save your files promptly. We recommend keeping a backup on your device, an external drive, or a private cloud storage service.
Should you lose access to your files, contact us with your name and order number. Once your purchase has been verified, we will make reasonable efforts to restore your access.
File Formats
Products are supplied in the file formats stated on each individual product page.
Most TMJ patterns are supplied as PDF files. Some products may also include SVG or other supporting files where specifically stated in the listing.
PDF files can be opened using a PDF reader such as Adobe Acrobat Reader. SVG files can be opened in compatible vector software such as Inkscape or Adobe Illustrator.
Please check the product description before purchasing to confirm exactly which files are included.
Printing Your Pattern
Unless otherwise stated, printable patterns are designed for A4 or US Letter paper.
Print your pattern at 100% or Actual Size. Do not select Fit to Page, Scale to Fit, or any other automatic resizing option.
Each printable pattern includes a scale reference or measurement so you can confirm that it has printed correctly before cutting your materials.
International Customers
Our digital products are available to customers in supported locations worldwide. Because no physical parcel is shipped, there are no postal delivery or customs delays.
Applicable taxes may be calculated based on your location and shown at checkout.

Refunds
Because digital files can be downloaded and retained, we do not ordinarily offer refunds for change of mind after download access has been provided.
